This is the 20th annual USU conference in a row and the first one to be called "USU World". This year, we're offering you - our customers, our sales partners and other interested persons - a very special kind of event.
Managers and specialists from more than 100 companies will take a close look at the multifaceted topic "knowledge-based business service management" as part of USU World. Together and from different perspectives - but always rooted in real-world practice - we will investigate how transparent information for knowledge-intensive service processes can be the driver for greater productivity. You'll get the full picture in presentations, moderated discussions, workshops and demonstrations as well as in one-on-one conversations.
Here are some interesting aspects of USU World:
- In an advance program offered on May 18, you can take part in intensive workshops and beneficial discussions with area specialists.
- On May 19 and 20, top-notch, internationally renowned keynote speakers and subject-area specialists will offer their insights into strategically oriented topics, yet also present practical topics on a very applied level.
- The activities during the first day of the conference (May 19) will take place in the historic premises of nearby Ludwigsburg Palace. On the second day (May 20), we'll see you again at our company headquarters in Möglingen.
- During an evening event on May 19, we'll take you along on a short trip - just wait and see!
- On the evening of May 20, the user-group meeting for Valuemation users will also take place.
The USU World conference agenda will be expanded and updated until right before the event starts. By registering for USU World by March 31, you can take advantage of discounted attendance fees for the conference and its workshops.
